"Symmetry" was a special Installation for an International Conference, that was held at the UNSW in 2001. The video comments on the Symmetry that is decided by the placement  of the  fork. If  the space between the fork and each plate is equal distance, the first person to pick up a fork decides which hand the rest of the people at the table must pick up their fork.
